Our Standard Full-Service Fee:

8% of Collected Rental Income.

Property Management Services Include:

  • Marketing your home on multiple platforms.
  • Background checking all prospective tenants.
  • Lease agreements and payment collection.
  • We answer our phones and reply to text messaging.
  • Personally show rental properties.
  • Efficiently respond to emergency maintenance calls ourselves.
  • Hire out routine maintenance such as lawn care and snow removal to vetted young entrepreneurs. We believe in giving opportunities to the upcoming workforce and allowing them to experience the satisfaction of hard work paying off.

Our fee structure:

  • Service calls: We make service calls to check out concerns free of charge.
  • Maintenance: If we fix an issue, we charge $75 per hour for labor plus parts. Outside vendors are only called in for major issues.
  • Tenant background checks: Potential tenants are only charged for a background check if they are first in line for a rental.
